ULTRA Wide-Range Flange Adaptor

A defined pipe-side range connected to a separate flange interface.
The AQUAFITTING ULTRA Wide-Range Flange Adaptor connects a plain-ended pipe to a flanged component. The pipe side incorporates the sealing and gripping assembly; the opposite side provides the flange interface. This arrangement addresses two different connection requirements within one product.
Two interfaces, two selection rules
At the pipe end, the drawing separately identifies the sealing element and gripping components. The pipe's measured outside diameter, material and relevant configuration must be considered together; the drawing alone does not establish performance for every pipe.
At the flange end, the adaptor connects to the mating flange. Nominal size and the flange dimensions or drilling requirements must match that component. A pipe lying inside a DE range does not establish that the opposite flange is suitable.
Features and practical value
Wide-range pipe matching. Each released entry states a pipe outside-diameter interval. The DN100 entry, for example, covers DE 100–135 mm. This gives a clear dimensional reference instead of asking the purchaser to select by DN alone.
Distinct sealing and gripping components. The construction identifies the seal, gripper support and gripper separately. Their approved function and any pipe-support requirement belong to the selected configuration.
Direct access to size-specific data. The technical table lists DN, DE, PN, H, D and BOLT. These fields describe the selected assembly; they must not be copied from the similarly named ULTRA Coupling.

Four of the nine released rows are shown. In particular, the DN150 flange adaptor has H = 330 mm; the corresponding ULTRA Coupling row has H = 325 mm. Similar family names do not make the tables interchangeable.
Application and document use
Choose this format for a plain-pipe-to-flange connection. Where both ends are plain pipe, use the separately documented coupling format. The two ULTRA products serve different interfaces and retain their own construction details and technical documents.
