Universal Flange Adaptor
Universal Flange Adaptor is designed to connect a plain-ended pipe to flanged valves, pumps, meters or fittings. The gasket seals around the pipe outside diameter, while the drilled flange connects directly to flanged equipment.

Problem Solved
In pipeline repair, extension and field installation work, a plain-ended pipe often needs to be connected to flanged equipment without welding or threading. A universal flange adaptor provides a fast mechanical connection and helps reduce installation time on site.
How It Works
The plain-ended pipe is inserted into the adaptor body. As the bolts are tightened, the gland ring compresses the gasket around the pipe outside diameter to create a leak-tight seal. The adaptor flange is then bolted directly to the matching flange of the valve, pump, meter or fitting.
Typical Applications
Suitable for water supply networks, wastewater pipelines, irrigation systems, pumping stations, valve chambers, meter chambers and field modification of pipeline systems.
