MAXI Wide-Range Flange Adaptor
Connect a plain-ended pipe to a flange with a MAXI flange adaptor. The MAXI Range Flange Adaptor connects a compatible plain-ended pipe to a flanged component. Developed by AQUAFITTING, it combines coordinated compression-ring and gasket geometry with an internal pipe stop near the flange opening. Non-restrained connection. Not for PE pipes.
Pipe compatibility
Ductile iron, cast iron, concrete, steel, stainless steel, asbestos cement, PVC, copper, GRP and ABS. Match the measured pipe OD to the selected size range and confirm the seal and installation configuration.

How the MAXI connection works
Ring and gasket geometry
The compression ring profile and gasket cross-section work together to cover the pipe OD interval specified for each MAXI model. Check the selected row; a family maximum is not the range of every size.
Insertion stop, not pull-out restraint
A pipe stop near the flange opening helps limit over-insertion. It does not resist axial withdrawal. Follow the selected installation drawing for insertion depth and clearance.
Match both interfaces
Check pipe material and measured OD at the pipe end, then match flange DN and drilling separately. MAXI is non-restrained and not for PE pipes; use an appropriate ULTRA or pipe-specific solution when restraint is needed.
